please do not call my phone, take me off the list

How can this be stoped.  I am registered on the "Do NOT call list"So why is this allowed.The caller spoke broken english and and to speak to me by my name.  I am a VERY private person and resent when  stranger calls me by my first name.  I always go by my  first and middle initial  EVERYWHERE and on EVERYTHING.  So how would they have my full name?I asked what the call was about and he said about Medicare and Diabetic.I said I wasn't interested in anything he had to sell and he said he wasn't trying to sell anything.I told him to NOT call my number a***n and ***g up on him.  But from what I've been reading, I'm sure I'lll be hearing from them a***n.....   Grrrrrr  :(

This number keeps showing up on my cell phone and they won't leave a message.

they call everyday, sometimes twice, about the illinois electric, how to save money, i have asked them to take me off their calling list but they don't, yes****ay one argued with me insisting i tell him why to take us off the call list!  aggggggggggg!!!!!

This company has been calling me at least twice a week at my office. I've asked them not to, and we are registered on the do not call list. They keep calling anyway. I'm sick of these kinds of calls disturbing me at work.
