Joseph It's kind of a scam. It's an employment referral company that requires you to pay them a couple ***dred dollars before they give you actual job leads. A friend of mine was desperate for a decent job and actually paid them, only to ***n access to a PC in an office with an internet connection and links to career builder and monster.com. The jobs in the ads are usually too good to be true because they just made them up to get your money. There's nothing worse than a company trying to take money from people because they know they're desperate.
