received a call from this number twice, dont know how this happens, why people play games

wicked Does anyone recognize this number? Several calls from them, when I answer no one is there and when I call it back it is just a generic voicemail message.  Very annoying!!

I received a call from this number.  The man said he was from DHL and that I had won 2.5 million dollars. He would only be able to deliver it to me if I could pay half of the insurance in the amount of $1650.00 to secure the winnings.  Needless to say this sounded very su****ious so I told the man I would get back to him and then I reported it to the authorities.Please beware and do not fall for any scams from this number.
