They keep spam calling me and and spam calling someone other dude on another phone and just have us talk . Then when I don’t answer the phone the call from a no call id.

This man claims to be Detlev ***l from Spain. He claims to have lived here for 25 years. He claims to live in Lubbock, TX. I have found none of this to be true.... Not even his name. He's phishing for information. He claims his birthday is 11/11/1973 and his mother's name he says is Isabella.

Possible dating scammer, similar pattern, phone area code not mat****g where they say they are from, most cases, will tell you some relative issue got them to move there, then when you decide to meet, they will ask you for emergency money and these people do not have media accounts and you cannot find them on any people finder sites
