Medical debt collector!

I had to send a cease & desist letter certified mail return receipt requested to make them stop calling day & night from 8am to 8:59pm daily! It worked. Their computer called today and I have proof from the call log on my phone. Chaching! Each time they call & as long as I keep good records of their calls, I can sue them in court for harassment! Probably win by default if they don't come to court in College Station, TX. Their offices are in Waco, but still not likely to show up!

It still is going on as of March 2010. Both we and a friend across town received the same CID a few days apart. No message left; no answer when we dial that number.
