Anonymous Wants $250.00 to send $60,000 to me as a gift from lottery winner

Xray I received a generic "Hi" text message from this number. When asked who the sender was, they replied "You didn't save my number? It's Clara." I don't know any Clara but I just remained silent. Later that evening I get a second text from the same number "How was your weekend?". I replied I didn't know who this was and I didn't recall anyone named "Clara". I explained they had the wrong number and requested they stop sending messages. I also told them that for the time being, the number would be blocked and if I was wrong and should definitely know who Clara is, then they can call me on my LAN line number (I did not leave them that number.)
