TJ Received call at 4:30pm on Wednesday April 7, 2010.  It said it was a call from "card member services" about an opportunity to lower a supposed interest rate.  It said to press 1 to speak with a representative or press 3 to end the call.  I pressed 1.  After waiting for about a minute, it said no one was available to take my call and ***g up.  I called back and the recording says the number is disconnected.  262-514-**** is a local number in Waterford, WI which is the only reason I answered, but I'm****uming it's so****ing fraudulent since that number is disconnected.
