They called my moms phone asking for me? Lol I don’t even have a kohls card and have only shopped there 1 time with my mom and nothing was done in my name all hers

This robot call claims from Kohl's & requests a call back to 855-219-9472 & repeats 4x's in voice mail. These numbers reported in 2017/2018 & are resurfacing. DO NOT CALL ! Goo on-line & check your account if you actually have one and then reach out to customer . service. Do not trust anything through phone calls or e-mail these days!

Thanks Web, I've had the exact same thing happen to me with this "DEPARTMENT STORE". It's like they're more worried about collecting money for a tiny bill than using their resources on the store, it's ridiculous!! Who is it I need to get in touch with & what do I need to tell them? Just the amount of my bill & how often these people aggravate me? I'd rather pay 10 late fees than be bothered with these ***holes!! I've never seen anything like it!!

For the "idiots" making rude comments about keeping jobs and it being peoples own fault!!! Ummmm some people don't have a Kohls card and said that!!!! Not to mention!! Ummmmm, I have never had a Kohl's account in my life. So the *** that is telling me to just pay my bill, can stfu now. I have a co-worker that said this is someone trying to steal your bank account and ss#, so beware. She said they claim they are from Kohl's.

after a while I downloaded an app on android and saved their number to my phone and blocked them so it sent straight to Voicemail took them awhile to catch on lol

well other android user! obviously it is our fault but while "WE" give info to each other you can just butt out cause its none of your business unless your getting the same calls. then you'd be the "IDIOT" too.

Tracy kohl's and they should be more professional and actually leave a msg. There is no need to be all cryptic and have people see a "missed call" from a strange number. In this day and age, it can cause people needless anxiety. If you are calling to remind a customer that their payment is a few days late LEAVE A MESSAGE. I understand that for hard collection cases, they have to employ shady tactics like this, but not for current customers who are a few days late for the first time. Kohl's needs to reevaluate their methods and make them a little more customer friendly if they want good customer relations.

I'm going to make a complaint to the attorney general. Kohls shouldn't be harassing me for late payment every 30 min everyday even after I told them it would be late. There are laws protecting consumers about this and it's bad enough i didnt want the card to begin with but thanks to working for them they practically forced me to get one...Bollocks!

sickofthis Yes, have been getting them regularly; and with increasing rapidity.

While we do have a Kohl's card, we've paid our bill with them. Our experience with Kohl's has been a nightmare! At first, we went through a financial hardship due to my illness. We explained this to them and were making the minimum payments that are at least required. That wasn't good enough. They would call more and more. Our cell phones have the option to direct a specific number directly to voicemail. We did this because they were calling up to 20 times a day! No joke! I counted it one day! They changed their numbers calling from numerous numbers in one day! It got ridiculous! We called the Attorney General for our state. We explained what was going on. They said that what Kohl's was doing was in fact, harrassment. Being that our debt was less than $150 they should only be calling us maybe 2 times a week! For the amount of times they were calling us, the AG's office told us the debt would need to be in the several hundreds of thousands. I mean our original credit line was only $100! The steps that we were told to take were the next time they called to verbally tell them to not to call anymore and to validate the debt. That will buy us 10 days of peace. During that 10 days, file a cease and assist with their corporate office. Meaning that they can no longer contact you by phone, everything must be done by paper.The AG's office mailed us paperwork to fill out and we turned it back in, we are just 1 family along with thousands of others who are apart of a class action law suit against Kohl's Department Store now for failure to abide by the FCC rules and regulations. Having their accounts on a auto dialer is not an excuse either! You can tell them so. Don't be afraid of them! Stand up for yourself and make them stop caling you! They won't unless you make them. I hope our experience and me posting this helps someone out there.

****ed off Started calling me at 8:30 am today and hasn't stopped. Calls every 45 minutes or so.... really ****ing me off. I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize. They leave no message. Just want the calls to stop.
