Its from global tel link and inmate somewhere but I don't know what county

Fed Up 262-703-1977 I never answer - didn't recognize the number.  When a voice mail is left - it is some weird tone - never a "voice".  No I.D. - just phone number.

Pre-recorded message about insurance. No live person speaks. If you do not answer, they do not leave a message. If you call them back, it has a message for you to key in your number for their Do Not Call List, but they continue to call you anyway. VERY annoying.

The number has called us twice this month.  She left message for my family that she is with career center of Kodak company, her name is Meg, her call back number is (262) 754-5046.  When my family returned her call, she said that she called the wrong person. The very funny thing is that she just called our number a***n and looked for the wrong person.  She is a crazy nut.
