This person has called my office number no less than 45 times in the last 20 minutes looking for my boss.  He is extraordinarily rude and says things that are completely unprofessional and out of line.  He is rude, crude, and abusive.  He is harassing this office.  He has my boss' cell phone number but stated the boss told him to call the office.   If I **** up on him, he calls right back.  When I told him I have his number and will have it blocked he advised me that he has 100's of numbers and I can't possibly block them all.  I believe his name is Richard--beyond that he will not tell me what agency he is calling from.  His calls continue!  We will be forced to close our office this afternoon just to get away from the ringing phone.  W***ver this is completely out of control and needs to be stopped!  If this is his way of handling collections, then it should be reported!
