I got a letter trying to collect debt I own the hospital which makes zero sense cause my insurance covered it and my name was spelled wrong. They left (267) 403-3474 as a contact number and the address is in South Florida

Claimed to need permission to talk to my wife which made no sense as she answered the phone. Said it was an important business matter and asked for social security number and date of birth. Last 4 of credit card. We hung up
