Anonymous Man named Mark claiming to be the chief of police but doesn’t state in what jurisdiction he works in asking for donations for some charity. I didn’t listen to the entire phone call because this number calls me at least once a month and never leaves a voice mail.

This guy is on a christian dating site called "Upwards" and says he's an investment firm fund manager in South Holland, Illinois and from Pennsylvania. I googled one of his photos and it's actually someone else, who I have contacted. I also called the number (blocking mine) and it sounded like an overseas call and the voicemail sounded very foreign.

They have called repeatedly but never leave a message. I don't know anyone in our near Pennsylvania.
