Automated call saying they were trying to contact .... (my name).... regarding pre-authorization on your prescription. Is this ... (my name)...? I said yes. "To verify we are speaking to the correct person, can you please provide your birth date for verification purposes". I ***g up. I wish I hadn't said "yes" when they stated my name. But, at least I didn't give them personal info.

They were calling me regarding the referral my doctor gave me, unfortunately, I provided my house address cause they said they were going to sent the colon test by mail. and they mentioned my doctors name. They s**** asking for my insurance information, name, phone, etc. I told them why they were asking all these questions. I told them I did not want the test.

They keep calling and calling…I didn’t request there product ive asked them to STOP CALLING

I am not Elsa Borgado, so I wondered if it was a legitmate call to a person named Elsa Borgado. I've previously received other calls from HealthNet for Elsa.
