Anonymous Number calls me and says nothing

Anonymous Called me. Then when you call back it rings- a recording comes on saying the next available person will help you basically then you hear hold music then it tells you GOODBYE. & disconnects the call. It's a scam so they know if a line is active to keep spamming with more calls from other numbers!
