This # DOES belong to NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE - www.nationstarmtg.com.  Their main toll free # is 888-480-2432 but it's sometimes easier to reach them by calling their collections telephone #:  888-850-9344 (they want their money, so someone ALWAYS answers quickly in the collections department!)  I have my mortgage through them and they ar a pain in the a**.  I cannot wait to refinance with another company, which hopefully will have better customer service (wishful thinking???).  I just told the guy at Nationstar that if I continue to have problems with phone calls (this is the 3rd or 4th time) I will just give them false contact info.

The name of the company who is doing this is called Lucre, Inc., in Michigan.  You can call there direct number and I have also reported them to the authorities.

"CF" you were close, but the company is actually called NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC.  Formerly known as CENTEX Home Equity Company LLC, Nationstar also operates as CHAMPION Mortgage. It is a predatory lending company that was purchased by the Fortress Investment Group in 2006.  Anthony (Tony) H. Barone is Nationstar's president and CEO. Interesting.  At 5:55 pm "Michael **X" just called us from 269-768-2191 and  asked for Carol Phillips.  This is the second call today.  When I asked him what company he was calling from, though, he said it was Champion Mortgage. Are they affiliated with National Star Mortgage or are these people just lying all over the place?

They keep calling us asking for a Carol Phillips.  I've told them several times that we have had this phone number for almost a year and no one by that name lives here.  When I told them to take my phone number off their list they said they would, but it might take a month for the calls to stop.  Well it's been  months and months now.  Today when they called and I s****ed my spiel, I didn't get past "take this number..." before they ***g up.  Thanks for the info on who it is.  We're going to pursue collection of the $1000 fine from National Star Mortgage.

National Star Mortgage I think. Harrassed my wife trying to get how much we owe on our mortgage.

This person calls throughout the day and evening, and does not leave a message. When I call back, it simply says this person's voicemail box is full. STOP!

W***ver owns this number is totally inconsiderate - calls several times a day even on Sundays. Is there so****ing you can do about this caller? Isn't there a law about telemarketers calling very early am or late pm as well as on Sundays? This is invasion of my sanity!

These parasites call incessantly at least 3 times daily -- calls begin in morning around 11 am est, then late afternoon, evening ... call pattern indicates they are a west coast company -- fyi: if you get their mailing address, send them a cease & desist notice -- if they call a***n & you have record of it -- they are now liable -- AND YOU CAN COLLECT  $1000 FROM THEM !If anyone identifies these creatures -- please post it for us all!   Thanks!
