I received an unsolicited marketing call from someone claiming to be "Linda Hill" offering a State approved burial plan". The call was improper because I am and have always been listed on the No Call list so should never be contacted. Moreover the solicitation of the sale of insurance to somebody in the state of Texas by somebody that is not located in the state of Texas and not licensed to sell insurance is a violation of the Texas insurance code as well as the lava state and winch to call originates. Anyone that violates these rules is clearly intentionally violating the insurance laws as well as the No Call lot and probably other laws as well please file complaints him to pursue prosecution
