They are offering to lower the interest rate on my credit card. I don't use or have any credit cards. I have used the prompt to be removed from further calls but they keep calling.

This is another "Heather, from account services!" robocall. Most likely using a s****ed caller ID. Same voice, same spiel, different caller ID every time they robocall.
