Anonymous Try to come and replace my roof.

Received text message that a delivery was going to be made to my address and to call the number listed 866-299-9571 to redirect the delivery - when I called the number the representative stated it was a collection call for Cash Loan Express, stated that I defaulted on a loan from 2016 (I never made a loan); they stated I could settle for $601.32; they had all kinds of information on me; I told them I had never been contacted and they would need to send me an actual letter with all the information. I believe this is a scam.
