Yet another annoying medicare call. can't take no for answer.

JM The caller ID said "Mark Hicks", who is not someone I know. I t was a telemarketer (Rachel at credit services), evidently using an expired local number. I called the number back, but it said "circuits busy"...even though I was able to make a call to another number right away. This has happened before, when a telemarketer has used an (I****ume) expired local number, tricking you to answer.

for the record, the payday loan isn't even for someone I know personally.
