Called the number and i get a recording that the number does not exist

It seemed they had backed my phone and left a text message.
They sent me a text, from 270/837-4759, claiming that my access to Microsoft has been blocked, from an old E-Mail DNA address that I haven't used in years. Also, you'd think that a company as significant as Microsoft would have not used a Google Voice number.
