This number is s****ed by fraud perpetrator pretending to be AT&T and providing a link to supposedly renew access to account that has been frozen due to utilization of all data available to account. We can roam Mars and have a helicopter flying around there, but we can't stop this kind of stuff? There is too much money in it for phone companies to bring it to a halt.
