in Texas received a text inquiring about a property****entially for sale. The text stated that they had "noticed" that this property was previously for sale and questioned if we were "still interested in selling?". However, this particular property has not been on the market for years. Private offers to buy have been made in recent years, but the house has not been on the market. I'm curious where the sender of the text is getting private information, or if they are just 'cold calling' on****ential investment properties.

They keep texting me: "Hi James, how are you doing?" Then they send a follow up text asking if I, "James", am still interested in selling a property I, "James" do not own nor have ever owned or lived in. I have repeatedly told them to leave me alone. And yet they do not. I have blocked all the numbers they call me from, but yet they find a new number to call me from.
