I too have been getting these calls. I just called the number and got a recording  If I wanted my number removed from their list press 1 I entered my  number and they said it would take 24 hours to supress their calls. We will see what happens. I don't even deal with BOA

SYLVESTER -- THEY ARE A TELEMARKETING COMPANY.THE BEST WAY TO STOP THEM IS CALL YOUR LOCAL POLICE DEPT. EXPLAIN THE PROBLEM AND TELL THEM THAT YOU WANT TO FILE A ' HARASSING PHONE CALL ' COMPLAINT. THEY WILL CALL YOU BACK AND GET THE INFORMATION FROM YOU. THEY THEN WILL GIVE YOU A REPORT NUMBER. THEY WILL THEN TELETYPE THE HOUSTON POLICE DEPT.HAVE FUN

keep calling all hours of the day no answer at the other end

Just got a call from 281 469 1220 which showed up as IC LLC on the caller ID.  The caller said she worked for Bank Of America. I asked her if she was an employee of Bank Of America or if she was working as a contractor for B.O.A. She simply stated she IS working for B.O.A. (why didn't Bank Of America show up on my caller ID?)She told me that there was a rash of theft of account informaton in my area and thay were offering protection a***nst this for the amount of $12.95 a month. They had my name and address allready and wanted to ask a couple more questions. When I told her that I would contact my B.O.A. ***nch and inquire there she ***g up on me. Real or not? don't know.

Just got a call from a lady speaking in spanish.  When I asked her who she was with, she responded in english and said Bank of America.  The caller ID said IC LLC.  I just opened an account with B of A, if I would have known that they would give (sell) my name and phone number for solicitions, I wouldn't have gone to that bank.  I guess they need my money to pay for their portion of the bailout.

I receive atleast 5 calls a day SO FINALLY I HAVE THE SOLUTION!!!Call the 281-469-1220 but add *67 before it. It should ring and answer Innovative Consultants. This supposedly is a 3rd party offering promotions for Bank of America customers, or so I was told. It offers you 2 choices, I first put my # on the DO NOT call list. Of course after weeks of annoying phone calls at all hours of the day and night, this was not enough so I called back and chose the option to speak with someone. I was connected right away and I confirmed I was calling 281-469-1220. She told me they are a 3rd party calling for Bank of America. I told her if I received one more call from this # I was going to take my money out of Bank of America and they would lose me as a customer! She also (supposedly) put my # on the DO NOT call list. SHe said it would take 4 to 6 weeks to remove my # from the system. I told her I hope it only takes 1 hour because if I receive another call then Bank of America will be losing my business!! So we will see what happens...

Most of the time there is no one at the other end of this incoming phone call. I've called back to see who it was cause it happens so frequently, message box is full. Got a call today, there was actually a person on there... I asked to stop calling, she laughed at me. She said I am calling from Bank of America. I told her to stop calling and take our number out of your rotation and that I was going to put in a complaint about them. She laughed and said have a nice day.

Calls daily. Multiple times.

CEASE AND DECIST IMMEDIATELY CALLING MY PHONE NUMBER. I HAVE RECD. NUMEROUS CALLS FROM 281-469-1220, AND AS MANY HAVE SAID, NO MESSAGE, NO ONE THERE, AN IT IS INTERRUPTING OUR LIFE. WE GO TO BED AT 7 PM, AND GET UP AT 4 AM, AND THESE CALLS WAKE US UP CONTINUALLY. IF I COULD FIND THEM IN PERSON, THEY WOULD HAVE A DIFFICULT TIME SITTING DOWN AFTER I RETURNED THEIR TELEPHONE TO IT'S PROPER PLACE.

Receive calls frequently from this number and get a recording.  Would like to stop this call.

These people keep calling - always an autodialing thing. Never any human there.
