I just called the number back and got a recording. It says that it's a healthcare benefits free offer or card? There isn't an option to talk to someone, only to leave a message.

They called me really early in the morning, and I live in IL. When I answered, they ***g up.

Phone rang a couple times but when answered, no one was on the line.

they callled while i was showering. i wonder who and why or if it was just a wrong number.

I got a missed call from this number.  Did not leave a msg for me.

I answered the phone in my "business" voice as the number serves as both my personal and business line and the caller ***g up without saying anything.
