From Illinois I received a call from this number. When I tried to answer, I got no response (they ***g up). I looked up the number and saw that it is a landline from somewhere in Houston TX. I don't know how they got my number but I don't want them to call me a***n.

DAVE DIDN'T GET TO CELL BEFORE THEY ***G UP.  WENT TO NET AND FOUND SEVERAL SITES...ONE SAID IT WAS A PRESCRIPTION DRUG CARD COMPANY.  MUST BE UP TO NO GOOD OR A TELEMARKETER PHONING NUMBERS IN SEQUENCE.  THERE IS ENOUGH CR#$ GOING ON WITHOUT THIS B. S. ADDED TO IT.

In Illinois as well. Called at 7:45am.  I picked up.  They ***g up.  At least they woke me and my boyfriend up who was oversleeping for work.

I just called the number back and got a recording. It says that it's a healthcare benefits free offer or card? There isn't an option to talk to someone, only to leave a message.

Found ya! I have been getting calls from this number day and night, internet search shows Shawnre Tieuel at residence of 2418 Kenbridge Dr, Houston, TX 77067. Probably some unemployed 35 year-old with nothing better to do then make prank calls. Never leaves message.
