received a call from 281-537-8308 and have no idea who it is

Unsolicited call from this Tx # to my private cell. I have my cell listed on the do not call listI didnt answer since I didnt know who it was

Called the cell phone my parents use on 11/10/2010 at 1:27 p.m.  Delivered a scam line about, "Do you know the government is giving away free prescription cards?"  They wanted name, address, prescription names, and other info.  My parents didn't fall for that line, and didn't give them any information.  This cell phone is on my plan, and I registered it on the permanent Do Not Call list, so my parents wouldn't be annoyed with such nonsense.  They have enough to worry about without cheating scammers tying up the phone.  I am reporting this company to the FTC for violating Do No Call and for running a phone scam on seniors.

Got a call today, but wasn't able to answer. When I called it back, they said so****ing about a 0.00 prescription card and they were experiencing difficulties.
