Laurie Smith Rude man calls and states his name is Joseph Jones and he's from Higher Tech calling about I-9 software. He's called and rudely spoke to our HR dept, Exec offices and Payroll. Doesn't want to take 'no' for an answer. Complains our organization is ****ing up on him when it's him ****ing up on us.
