Received call from this number tonight, soliciting donation for DPS officers left behind

TX HWY PATROL - Who is this?????

Asked if I had made an order with Four Wheel Parts Wholesalers with a visa card ending in ****. The gentleman asked if I had made this order and I said NO and was told that the call was from Houston TX and I live in California.  What is weird is that I had done business with them 2 years ago and nothing since.

My I.D. phone picked this up. My computer located this call coming from Hwy 1960 and kuykendal Houston texas.
