jeep2009 On the seniormatch.com, a dating website, I responded to FRANCO, 65, W, Imperial, CA, USA. We s****ed to text, and she asked for my name, email and cell number. I gave my name and email but requested her cell # before I would txt her mine. She txt her cell # 281-624-1629 and that her name was Marquetta Weaver. After texting for two days, I began to suspect a scam. I demanded a video call and got the run around. No money was exc****ed but I could see that's where things were heading. Reverse phone lookup indicates the phone is a landline located somewhere in a Texas city. Phone in Texas but caller states her location is Imperial Ca. means scam. Please investigate and shut down before some gets hurt.

First identified themselves as *****a looking for a Jason. I briefly explained that they had the wrong number and they replied with a thank you message and suddenly told me their name was actually Lu Xuyanya but they go by *****a (?) and asked me if I live in *my state* (which, duh, given my area code) and then asked what my name was. I quickly shut that down. Be careful.

The name given to me with this number was a John Will who supposedly worked for Amazon. Beware he took me for $2500 pretending to help me with fraud charge.
