Kat This number called my company issued cell phone. They didn't leave a message, upon calling back, it was recording so****ing about auto insurance.

This is a debt collection company that contacts family members of a target person, often on unlisted numbers and on cell phones, and makes threats. Report to FBI immediately

I've received calls to my friends, family members and even my landlord!  I've called them asking them for their address to send them a certified letter to stop harassing me.  If you send any debt collector a certified letter to authorized them to contact you ONLY by mail by law the can not contact you by phone!...Well, I asked them for their address their answer was:  What do you need our address??? To send a letter??? Well.... you are not getting that information!!!... And I haven't even open an account with the company they say I have open!... Well, if they don't give me what I want (which is their address) they're not getting what they want! (which is a payment)... LOL  good luck on that!

Victor Buchanan from Lambert****ociates in Harris County, Houston repeatedly called my work, asked to speak with the owner, called my neighbors, my home, etc.  I do not work at my old job anymore and my old boss called to tell me about her conversation with him. It's definitely a collection agency, but I'm not sure if they are a law firm or not.  VERY HARASSING!

I sill have  Ruben Moreno home address written down in spring ,TX and and have there office address for everybody that he has lied to and scammed.Ruben Moreno is the owner of  PV Capital, which was c****ed  to Lambert  and****ociates ,because of there bad business. I was advised not to give anymore info, from our family Lawyer, even though he claims  i used  a card number from a visa twice and that he claims was fraud. That is not fraud , because a dbtr gave me that false info. He claims i did it twice wth the same  card number.This guy is a bold face liar, when he said that. I will give you all the info about Ruben on   4/20/2010 , if i am advised by our Lawyer.....
