Maybe Chase Bank. Not able to clearly understand name of ins***ution. Gentleman with a very heavy accent said they would debit my bank account $6,000 from an automatic contract renewal made in 2021. No contracts were made that year.

text was to contact Bank of America about possible su****ious activity on my account. Never spoke a live person - all s***ch was automated voice. It explained my card had been locked due to su****ious activity. It said they needed my card info to reactivate the card. Asked full name, card number, expiration date and security code. Then it said the card was re-enabled and I could use it as needed. I then called BofA fraud dept and they explained that they never would ask all of this info. They deactivated the card.

Jennifer i have been receiving phone calls from these people for almost 6months. they scammed me out of $1400 already. they will not stop calling. they are not a valid company. First they said i took out a loan from CashAdvance and didn't pay it back. Then they called saying I took a loan out from two other separate companies. I called to see if those companies even had my information just in case someone was taking loans out under my information and those companies never even had information on me. The police said that this is happening alot and I filed a claim. I also put a fraud alert on my credit. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY MONEY!"

dizzydkm when you answer the call all you hear is a click and call ****s up.  when you call the number back all you get is a busy signal.

ddh66 this is verizon wireless. we switched carriers and they are still trying to get us to come back to them. They just leave automated messages which after speaking to 3 different people previously, no longer answer.

Chrissy I just got a call from this number.  When I answered SERVICE DESK, there was no reply.  I stayed on the line until I heard them **** up.  Sounded like a cell phone due to that tinny background noise.
