It’s a scam and they will not quit once s****ed

I get a herd of calls with supposedly different points all over the country. Usually like this one it proves to be a phone number generated from Downtown HOUSTON and near the Aquarium Restaurant and the Harris County courthouse area. I must get at least one to two calls like this per day. It’s been going on for years. There is never a message left so I don’t know what is the purpose of the call.
