Nunya As of 07/22/14, this number currently belongs to West****et Management, a collection agency. They've been fined before for violating the FTC Act and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. http://www.ftc.gov/news-events/press-releases/2011/03/leading-debt-collector-agrees-pay-record-28-million-settle-ftc I guess they didn't get the hint.

SRS Repeated calls with no message multiple times per day.
