Anonymous Telemarketer/scammer using a dead person's name/phone number

Anonymous Got a strange emailed from a person with an accent said his name was Colby and that there was a problem with my electricity. And to call a different number back. I did a been verified search on the number he called from and the number he said to call back and both came back unknown. I consider this a spam/scam call of some kind as a result.

I received the following text message from this number: "Hi Sanchez! Would you be open to a buyout deal for 5******tterwood Dr? Let's talk about that. Available this afternoon? Lmk!" I'm not the person living at the address they're inquiring about. I believe this is an attempt to get someone to reply so they'll know they have a working number and can scam you further.
