Called my phone twice and my siblings twice to. We have no idea who this is if you do please comment and tell who this is PLEASE!!!

SML I have been getting calls from the phone number '0000' (I have an Iphone).  They called 7 times yes****ay between 8:58am - 9:06am.  I'm at wor****  Later on that afternoon when I finally did answer the call the Indian man (I couldn't understand his name) kept saying that I took out a payday loan in February and the company, CashNet, is going to file charges to get the remaining money.  I would NEVER take out a payday loan.  EVER!!  He told me legal action was going to be taken a***nst me.  PLEASE!!! I asked him to give me the number to CashNet and I'll call them myself.  Then I ***g up on him.  What a scam!!!
