The owner of this phone number gave her name as Michelle Burch . She rear-ended me on Highway 288 South in Houston, Texas and fully agreed, at the time of the accident that she was "at fault". We exc****ed names and phone numbers. That was approx. 11PM CST, 8/18/19. The car I was driving was a rental car and I just received the paperwork from the car rental company, 9/13/19. This person is now not responding to any of my phone calls or requests. They listed their insurance provider as Geico.
