Left a voicemail Claiming to be from San Bernardino county stated they had to serve me some papers. I decided to search the phone number & it’s from Texas!

They claim to have papers to serve you in order to collect a debt that doesn’t exist. They try to get you to settle for a lesser amount. Ask for them to send you the do***ents to your home address which they should already have on file. Also, put a freeze on your credit accounts.

6 am phone call about the purchase of an I11 for $1499 through my Amazon account. Used a nickname no longer used by me for years in talking to me. I have no Amazon account. I use a flip phone. I would never spend that kind of money on a stupid phone. Alexander Graham Bell is probably flipping in his grave over these despicable scammers. Rude, insistent, foreign accent (not African) and it was 6 in the fricking morning.

He stated that he was with the student loan department and he wanted to help reduced my student loan payments. I told him now was not a good time and hung up.

Kate It's Bank of America. They just called me at 8:30 pm as I was putting my kids to bed. I called back to be taken off the list of people to call with their "Special Offer" but could not even get a human on the line. 7pm should be the cutoff of when they can call.

Britney This number has called my land line up to 10-15 times in one day for about 2 months. I never pick up. Now they call about 2 times a day which is still very irritating since I am a homemaker. The Caller ID says Bank of America. I bank with Bank of America and found it was odd that they were calling me and that it wasn't a 800 number or an 866 number. I have a friend that worked for Bank of America and she couldn't even call out from the call center. So I called them and they said that it was NOT one of their numbers and not to call the number back. I've been filing complaints with the Do Not Call Registry in hopes that they can investigate this and keep them from trying to trick people into believing they are Bank of America. I'm almost 100% positive they are just trying to get people's social security numbers and bank account (debit card) numbers to steal your identity. Be careful!!!

bb1 I just got a call with no one leaving an answer.  If it is a wells fargo call, I have been through this before with them.  For the last six months I typed in every type of do not call and I still get calls from these people.  Be warned - do not answer and have any thing to do with these people!!!!

Car I also just received this call and caller id showed up as Bank of America. I called my bank and there is no reason for this call. I answered the call the second time and it hung up also. Very uncomfortable about this, so I called it back as well. A voice automated system asks if you would like to receive calls, press 1, and if not press 2 for the do not call list. I pressed 2. Will post again if it continues. Good day.

Mary Caller ID comes up Wells Fargo.  Never anyone on the other end when I answer.  When I don't, they never leave a message.  I'm on the Do Not Call list, so find this doubly annoying.
