Scammer saying they are from Better Business Bureau trying to verify a credit card charge to Sam’s Club … BBB does not verify credit card transactions!!! BEWARE!!!
None of the reverse phone lookup search engines can find this number. They claimed to be Amazon saying I have recent charges from my ‘added’ credit card totaling over $300 and if I did not make said charges and would like a refund I should press”1” and I would be automatically connected to their legal department. Thing is after checking my accounts, there are no such charges pending or posted. Beware!
