Same number just called me, claiming to be a security system company.  The kid actually s****ed laughing at me when I hes***antly said I was the homeowner.  He went on and because I continued to be hesitant answering his questions he laughed more.  I asked why he was laughing and he said it was because I had an at***ude!!!  What kind of "sales person" insults a****ential customer!!!

I got the same call - no voice no response - this is indeed annoying!

I get this happening to me too, every day. Calls and when I answer it clicks and ****s up. So I researched the name Digital Security Systems Hamilton and got this info:Digital Security Systems Inc (905) 387-5091 801 Mohawk W Hamilton ON Which pretty much gave the same automated "voice mailbox" message, I pressed in #230 for the call center and actually spoke to a real person, Told him that they've been calling me everyday, and it was annoying, and I wished for my number to be removed. he was courtous and nice and took my number and removed it from his system (so he says). So I'll have to see if this stops.

Telephone harrasment that's what it boils down to. My phone rings constantly even though I've placed my name on a blocked list. legally they should not be allowed to sollicit over the phone unless requested to by the owner. When will it end??????

Have been receiving calls from this # and others for months. A reverse phone # search shows that it comes from the Hamilton Ontario area. Have never answered and they have never left a message. How can we block these calls from coming into our homes? Other calls come in from Vermont, Florida, Michigan etc. AAAAAH!

I get phone calls from them several times a week, frequently twice a day. They never leave a message. Thank you Graeme for the info posted about them.

Calls and asks for the homeowner.  I say "yes how can I help you".  Then the person ****s up.  Bizarre.

called in afternoon and wanted to s***k to either Mr. or MRS._____. Female on other end knows the persons name, but phone connection was so poor you could not hear what they were saying. Ended call because it was a waste of time. Only phone number displays on caller Id.

called me around 830pm on a friday, I answered, then they **** up?I called this number back, it replies with a message saying the person is unavailable and you can leave a message

Called at 8pm on Friday night - told my husband it was a security system company.  My husband told him we already have an alarm system and then he ***g up.

I am getting the same dead air calls as well.I did a search and found the service provider as noted above. Tomorrow I will call them during business hours and give back an update to this message board on the response I get.

the company is ISP Telecom and they are from hamilton. go online and all their company info is there.. call them direct and let them know how you feel. I am doing that right now

they called all i got was static talking and i called back and i keep getting an answering ma****e

The caller wanted to talk to the homeowner--who is my dad. I am 48 years old and was just staying the night here at my dad's while he was in the hospital. I told them my dad was not available. Then they wanted to talk to my mother. She has been dead for 20 years, but I had a good thought. I gave them her full name and then a number where she could be reached. I gave them the phone number of the cemetary where she is buried. I told them to ask for extension such and such which is acutally the plot that she is buried in. This cemetary uses a 4 digit plot code, so it looks exactly like a 4 digit phone extension. Wonder if they got the hint to leave us alone!!

Contact your local police, or Phonebusters and report this low-life.

phone rings about 3 times and stops no message left on voice mail do not answer calls that do not display number or caller.If important leave message on ma****e thats why its there.

got this caller on my ID today, i never answer a call if i dont know the phone number, i normaly let the answering ma****e pick it up, but on this call the caller decided that my attention was not important enough to return his call as he left no message on my ma****e, anyways when people call, and if i do decide to answer the call and if they do not identify themself before stating the reason of there call, i **** up, because if it is not important enought for them to tell me who is calling, it's not important enough for me to reply!!

Got a call from this number. Spoke to a male who (sounded like he was trying not to laugh) informed me he was with a security company and wanted to come by and tell me all the safety and security features I should have in my house. Smoke detectors, alarms, carbon monoxide detectors and that sort of thing. Then asked if I would be home at 3pm tomorrow. When I said it sounded like he was laughing and I didn't appreciate phone calls from strangers asking if someone was going to be home at a certain time he said have a nice day and ***g up. Called back the number and I got a busy signal once and then voice mail.

This number phones our home..leaves no message and when we call back and leave message on voicemail does not return our call. If he is a sales person..he ****s!!!!
