Rich S Called but didn’t leave a message. How do they always find the unused phone numbers when they call?

Anonymous I'm a Realtor and received a call from this number claiming to be someone who had a local piece of family land to sell in GA. They said they were calling from Ontario, Canada, and no longer live in the area. Due to fraud and scammers, I requested an email address and that she send me verification of her identity...picture of a driver's license or her p***port, as well as a copy of the deed. Needless to say, the email address is an outlook email with zero history as well.
