i didn't receive a phone call but i got a letter and a check for 3,650 and to claim a total of 21,350.00 but when i tried to call i couldn't get through so is this a scam or not please let me knowthank youkelli thompkins

I received a check for 4450.00 and told to call 289-892-3917 to claim the rest of a home improvement grant.  Business was listed as Dynamic Group Inc.  I have not received a phone call from them.

General Trust Inc. sent me a check for 4,650.00 dollars and told me to call 1-289-892-3917 to claim the rest of a home improvement grant money of 41,000.I don't have access on my cell phone to call and it seems like a scam.
