I got a similar one that the name was or FFI INC FINANCIAL FREEDOM but the phone number is the same as me excited but I also seemed strange when trying to find information on the Internet I realized it was a scam

Received in the mail 11-21-09 a scam letter with a certified check asking me to call 289-892-3956 to received directions on paying fees to free up additional money supposedly in my name.  I am supposed to deposit the cashiers check they sent for 4,250.00 and then send them a money order for most of that to them to cover fees so they can send me a check for $36,000 - yea right!!!!! Not on your life - this is a scam so beware - their cover letter shows QFI or Quantum Financial Inc. as the home company - watch out and let others know of this - it comes out of Ca***a apparently since that is the area code 289 - tell your Better Business Bureau about this as well
