I received the exact same letter as the person before me. I called and spoke with "Frank" and when I s****ed asking questions he got very short with me and said if I didn't want my grant I didn't have to do it. This is a SCAM no dout about it there would be no reason for you to cash a check and then have to mail them money to pay the taxes and fees. He also gave me a different # to call after I cashed the check for further instuction that # is 877-227-4759 this is a SCAM DO NOT CASH THE CHEC****

I received a letter form QGI (Quantum Group Inc.) about a grant we supposely had won 41,000.00. They sent a check for ***0.50. They check is a bogus check. So don't deposit or cash it. Why would they send you a check that you have to turn around and send them the money and they don't even put a return address on the letter. Why not just send the whole amount with the fees already deducted. Better why till send a check about an aged claim, meaning that you were unable to be found but they gonna send a check anyhow. The number that they are using are Ca***a numbers.  When you began to ask question trhe right ones they **** up on you. Also when you read the bottom of the letter which is sign by Raymond Norberg under his name it tells you hat it is a Foreign Account Dept. PLEASE BE CAREFUL OF THIS SCAM! DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY! CALL THE POLICE!

Received a letter from Falcon Trust telling us that we are to receive a grant of $41,000 and a check for $4715.70 to pay Foreign Access Taxes.  You are to call this number to confirm the check. They want you to deposit the check and then send them a check for $3150 to pay the ***.  The check that you deposit will be returned as uncollectable and they will keep your $3150.International Home Improvement Grant Notification is the supposed grant coming from Reader's Digest and Publishers Clearing House.This is a SCAM - Do not reply to it.
