This number shown upon my telephone bill, no one made call to this number. ATT phone service refused to remove calls and told me I have to pay for them.

I also received this letter in the amount of 3650.00 and was told to western union 2500.00 to my acting agent the names i am dealing with are Fred Miller and my agent is located in New York. Now they have caused my checking account to be frozen and i cannot even access my own personal money. Good Luck to all of you and at these trying times we are all hopeful that its true, I have tried numerous times to contact this fred but i have had NO LUCK.

Ok I have also received the same letter but mine is for $2650.00. And I am seeing a pattern here because they are giving other people different numbers to call. like 289-892-3761. But on mine it shows the same number that you all have written about. Has anyone had any luck on getting to the bottom of this? Or has anyone succeeded in getting there money. See I really did apply for this grant so I am trying to figure out if any of it is legitimate.

I received a letter out of the blue 1 day regarding a home improvement grant i won from planwell trust inc. in rochester, NY. They enclosed a check for $3950.00 and was told to send back $2950,00. You can not find any info at all on this company! However, the company the check is drawn on is real, Global Tissue Group. They were very nice and advised me to send a copy of the check with a cover letter to them and to call my local police and tell them of the situation.
