Anonymous Different numbers with the exact same script. Saying "yes" it's a telemarketer but it's to RECEIVE money (I wish)
Anonymous My husband received a call from this number and I freaked out that he had discussed private information with this individual. So I went back to the initial email we received from SSA after we submitted his application. I called the legitimate number (855) 249-4340 for claims questions. I asked them to verify the name of the agent and the extension she had provided. The SSA agent explained that although the caller ID shows this (301) number, it is a VoIP number out of MD that the SSA uses for outbound calls only. It is not a scam if the caller asks you to call them back at (855) 249-4340 and provides an extension.

Didn't talk. I hung up immediately.

I called the legitimate 800 number for social security and asked for a callback. The callback feature asked me to record my name, which I did. I got a callback but the caller I’d said Brittany Strine from this number. I have no idea whether it was my phone or the Social Security office that was hacked.
Waited for one hour but no response. This is after I received a supposedly call back from SSS.
Not interested This number tried to get me to donate money. I'm very glad I checked on who owns the number.

She gave me her first initial and last name and Unit Code # and told me to call my local office and when I did I was told this WAS a legitimate call.

fifi some one is calling me and not leaving any messages
W chairs "Career advisory," been calling me over and over ever since I put in an application that turned out to be a scam. As others have said, the last call was extremely fuzzy, even sounded like someone running a lot of water or flushing a toilet and the woman asked "Can you hear me?" When I said "It's very difficult because of the connection" she hung up on me. Calling the number back leads to an automated message that allows you to press 1 to be placed on their DNC list(NEVER do this!) and then gives an e-mail address you can write to for more info. The email address is totally fake(I tried e-mailing it myself). I sure would like to know the main number to call these people back. They keep interrupting me at work for this nonsense.
David Geiger Would you please stop calling me thanks I son know who you are
Spam call
SM Yes, Spam call. Call regarding Google+, not that it was from google. They are ignoring the do not call list, my guess is the phone number was probably spoofed, however, calling back provided the option (real or not, unknown) of removing one's self from the call list. These people should spend a month in jail for each call infraction. Regardless, when you are sitting at your desk, autodial this from time to time. I will attempt until i can get a real person, which is highly unlikely
Alisha Told me i was a finalist for the 1 million dollar sweepstakes and asks for name email and a magazine subscription to get a range from 100-500 dollar giftcard for that. After i said i didnt want it i got put on hold without being told and then noone answered just left on hold
