Farmer John So that fraud case you linked to? Sage isn't being indicted. They simply provided the terminal that was used in the defendants' restaurant. That's like calling Buick fishy because some guy drove one into a schoolyard. They could've gotten that terminal from any number of ISOs, MSPs, processors, etc. This one just happened to be from Sage.All I'm saying is is that if anyone here has a merchant account or agreement with a VAR or payment processor, you very well may be in Sage's network and not even know it. As the old saying goes, don't hate the player, hate the game. The payment industry is filled with these types of business relationships that easily go unnoticed. My suggestion would be to call whomever you setup your merchant account with or purchased your payment application from. The road very well could lead legitimately back to Sage.
