called my phone id said sterling frazier & called back said number not in service

I missed the call so called back and a lady answered ans claimed to be H&S Auto. She said their business lan lines were hacked and now someone is calling and texting people using there number. Don't see how that is a win for the accused hacker but either way,blocked.
