I recieved a call from this number. I called the number right back and it went directly to voice. I believe it's someone who use to work for Verizon and that they use numbers of inercent people when they know there not home. I get these types of calls often.

Caller 301 -980-5030 never spoke and no ID was in public database searches.

301-980-1961 is identified as an Nuisance Number no other information provided. The only agencies who had access to these types of unlisted numbers were the Feds when I worked for Federal Agencies.
