This is a telemarketing agency that works on behalf of Bank of America. They are legit actually and are regularily monitered by Bank of America. when you pick up the phone and no one is there that means there was a bad connection, it usually happens to various telemarketing agencies. if you are on the DNC, the only reason they can call you is because someone in the household provided that number to bank of america, and they gave it to their telemarketing vendors. if you want to be removed, say the EXACT words, "PUT ME ON THE DO NOT CALL LIST" if you say anything else, they won't and call you next month a***n or so.Hope this helps!

Some guy called and asked for me. left no message.   I called back and got message saying subscriber is not taking calls.  Sounds like a scam.

This is typical as DE has some of the most lieniant laws regarding banking and financial companies. I would put his home address but that would not be right. But I do suggest calling him and not saying anything and let him say*****o over and over until he ****s up.

Keep getting calls from this number every evening, at about the same time and no one is on the line.  They **** up.  Would like this to stop immediately.  It is very disrubtive.
