Anonymous Sending random texts at midnight

This person texts and calls me from this number. He claims to be James Newman Taylor, supposedly in the army, stationed out of Dover AFB in Dover, Delaware. He's says he is 52 years old and bd is 06021970. I was trying to see if he's legit but apparently he isn't.

they called me and offered me above market value on my timeshare. THey asked me to send them money up front and it sounded like a scam to me.
